It's our goal is to help our members develop leadership skills that will help them benefit the organization, campus, and the community. Our members have the opportunity to be a leader in APO in many different ways. We offer eight executive positions, 17 director positions, several committees to serve on each semester, as well as a variety of leadership development programs. Learn more at our Leadership page!
As an organization we strive to impact the campus and community everyday through various service opportunities. There is never a shortage of chances to help the communities we are a part of. Service is integral to our fraternity and our members prove day after day why service is what APO stands for. Learn more about our service opportunities and our partners in the community at our Service page.
What is a fraternity without brotherhood? What is brotherhood without friendship? APO considers friendship just as important as leadership and service. It is part of the Beta Theta experience to develop friendships with members that will last a lifetime. With “Fellowship” opportunities going on every day of the week, it is easy to connect with members and get to know those you serve with. Learn more at our Friendship page.
